Return & Exchange Policy

Return Period

We accept returns and exchanges within 33 days of your purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Eligible Items

Most items purchased from Akua Brand are eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Unworn clothing with original tags
  • Unused accessories in original packaging
  • Items in new, resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

How to Return/Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact customer service at returns@akuabrand.com or via our contact page
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label
  4. Package items securely and attach the return label
  5. Drop off at any authorized shipping location

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we'll send your new item once we receive your return. If there's a price difference, we'll either refund the difference or send you an invoice for the additional amount.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll provide a prepaid return label and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
